Veterinarians, biologists and pathologists identified the Orca whale found beached on Florida’s coast a geriatric female who had died as a result of illness. WESH’s Amanda Dukes reports.

At first they said it was a 6 year old. It doesn't look geriatric, it looks young. These mammals can live to 90 in the wild. Had there been any navy or commercial sonar mapping or geological/oil surveying or deep explosions? These affect whales adversely. Whales in the North Atlantic contend with this.
Whale's brain was fried by active sonar, military submarines use passive sonar during maneuvers when they are in stealth mode, and then afterwards, turn active sonar back on and like a microwave cooks whatever is in front of ship ,,, the wale.

Do they have an ID as to whom this whale was and what pod she was from? I know that very close tabs are taken on the Puget Sound pods, J, K &L. Sad, but she was an elder so not unexpected.
