Aides to President Biden have discovered at least one additional batch of classified documents in a location different from the office he used after leaving the Obama White House, NBC News Justice and Intelligence Correspondent Ken Dilanian reports. The classification level, number and precise location of the additional documents are currently unclear.

Could President Obama have declassified the material? 2008-2014? Could President Trump have declassified the material? 2016-2020? Where the issues documented in the pages found at the Biden residence declassified? Can President Biden declassify the material or move to have the documents declassified since the issues noted have been resolved, current public knowledge, individuals involved are no longer alive, or no relationship exists with parties involved currently?
