I think the bigger issue goes to intent in keeping the docs, which, given the high number of docs Trump had as well as the ones missing, and his efforts to obstruct and ignore subpoenas, speaks to a much darker intent than Biden’s. But the most glaringly obvious issue lies with the National Archive. Obviously their cataloging systems don’t work or how could the lose track of so many docs so easily. They needed to be investigated as well as the lax accountability.
