Biden knows that he doesn't get to write the checks. Congress is responsible for appropriations. The duty of Congress is to rein in the Executive. Congress is not responsible to the President. The President simply executes the will of the people. Biden hasn't protected American people he has not followed the Law and he has not executed his office in any practical way. It is the basic duty of Congress to get that done, no the frivolous spending has to be cut out so we can start paying down the 31 trillion dollar debt, and we can start by cutting out all the five-star manatees that our elected politicians are enjoying on our tax dollars
