After an investigation by the U.S. Marshal, the Supreme Court announced they are ‘unable to identify’ the person responsible for leaking an unpublished draft of an opinion indicating the court was poised to roll back abortion rights. NBC’s Ken Dilanian reports.

This is pretty clear cut. If we look at motive, means, opportunity. Look at motive first. Both sides had motive. Liberals would have motive in causing public pressure against judges in the centre. Conservatives had motive to cement their majority, mainly to signal to Roberts that he has lost control of the court, and needed to join the 5 most partisan Republicans on the court. The liberal motive was unlikely to yield any result, as public pressure would more likely than not drive the conservatives into their bunkers. Also the most likely perps having such motive and willing to take such a risk would be lower level clerks, not one of the liberal judges themselves. The liberal judges may have shown liberal bias in their rulings and opinions, but nothing suggests any of them have ever betrayed the trust of the court. On the flip side, almost all of the conservative judges have instances of ethical breaches. Alito makes no secret of being extremely partisan, and also allegedly leaked an opinion to a religious lobby group previously. Judge Thomas has betrayed the integrity of the court when refusing to recuse himself in a case involving his wife, when the standard of conflict of interest is merely the appearance of conflict. He also had a tumultuous approval process with the Anita Hill scandal. The investigation only focused on employees, and found no evidence of employees being behind the leak. What remains are the judges, and their families. Roberts likely had suspicions to Alito, Thomas, or Ginny Thomas, but finding one of them as the perp would be devastating to HIS court. So he was quite fine with the investigation finding nothing. Of the 3 main suspects, none of whom were investigated, Ginny is the one with most history of extremist activism, and by far the largest network of press contacts. Roberts is no dummy, and could easily come to same conclusion, and therefore the investigation was just a hail Mary hoping to get lucky and pin it on an employee. But carefully tailored to avoid a much bigger scandal.

Here's the big picture, folks.
The business of America is business. The large corporations run this country. The owners of business need to keep their profits coming in and cannot do that with the dwindling population. The decision to reverse Roe v. Wade at this particular time will ensure more births, especially of people of color, and that surge in population growth will bolster the workforce necessary to keep those corporations going strong and guarantee the big profits coming for those business owners.
Overturning Roe v. Wade isn't about right to life. That's just what they want people to think. It's all about the bottom line, folks. Not enough people working for the big business owners, not enough profits coming in.
The part that is going to backfire on white conservatives, however, is that banning abortions is going to cause a surge in births of brown babies. Those brown babies are going to grow up to be voting citizens. Much more rapidly than originally expected, the rise in population of brown people will change the demographic in this nation to where the white race will no longer be the majority. Back to big business: They don't care. They just want to keep the machines running and the brown people will suit them just fine.
I think its pretty clear who the top 3 suspects are. Sotomayor, Kagan or Roberts. I lean towards Roberts. I think he is compromised. He appears sleazy and weak. He is not a leader. The court’s reputation has declined under his administration due to his lack of leadership. He is simply another of George W Bush’s failures. We need to end life long appointments for all federal judges. Period. They should never be allowed to serve longer that 10 years total in their lifetime. No retirement, not lifetime healthcare. Nothing. They simply do not deserve any of this. No one does.
Well, they are bright folks in that department. It makes sense they might be able to better cover their tracks than the average Joe.
They know who leaked it.
So the inhouse investigators did not check Clarence Thomas's wife, or they worry the dude will fake cry of "modern lynching" again? And they did not check with the sleezy dude who called Obama: "Liar!" in the middle of The State of Union? Please put term limit on those, so called, supreme asso. judges!

The investigation is, itself, the coverup. Say it with me. The investigation is the coverup. Comey and Hillary, Comey gave unnecessary immunity, let witness sit in on others depositions. John Durham had tons of evidence, took years, nothing. Hunter's laptop, video evidence, nothing. Now Biden's classified, can't talk about it because it is under investigation. Roberts has thoroughly debased the Court. Someone has something on him. Not a soul believes that they could not find the leak.
