Do prosecutors have enough evidence to find Alec Baldwin guilty?

  1. He should be in jail now. What a pathetic man on this video. Pro killer he is.
He admits he know little about guns yet pontificates on the prosecution. Alec is not above the law, he sure though he was buy his reckless statements and lies.
Stay neutral if you can but NBC is biased. It was not self defense it was negligence and easy to avoid. If you let him go its like saying manslaughter is now legal.

  2. Shouldn’t the prop director be in trouble and not the actor??

  3. NBC and the rest of the media will cover for him. He is an IMPORTANT elitist LIBERAL.

  4. As one of the producers it was his responsibility to make sure that everything was being done safely. So many actors are so eager to get a producer role that they don’t really think about the responsibility that that title entails. I do believe that the charges are a little to much for Baldwin but the armorer deserves every charge she has because she was hired to make sure that there was no live ammunition. The prosecutors and media should be more focused on how live ammunition ended up on that set and in that gun. For him to say “I’m sick of hearing no one’s above the law” shocked me because as a celebrity he’s gonna get special treatment. If this was someone less famous or someone that was a non celebrity they would already be in jail.

  5. He was in possession of the gun. He pulled the trigger. He can’t pass that buck on nobody.

  6. How is it not important how a real gun was on set where the fake gun should have been?

  7. Gloating; “If I didn’t have my wife, I don’t know where I would be right now …”

  8. I wouldn't be able to convict him. He wasn't aware.

  9. obvious that prosecutor now going on Hannity and other shows is just looking to get famous. She knows he will fail but maybe she gets a book out of it. Kind of gross

  10. Guys an ambulance chaser, but a high tier one none the less. Your argument to the specific subsection of the statute is disingenuous and intellectually lethargic, because yes in theory it wasn't a fire arm, but in practice what was it counselor? Certainly not a pop gun, it was a proven deadly weapon and one in which Baldwin apparently advocated for its place on a supposedly make believe movie set. He advocated for the use of an actual fire arm, so you can't argue that that was not what was in his hands at the time of the negligent act, when Executive Producer Baldwin, advocated for Actor Baldwin to have an actual weapon capable of handling live rounds. Any way I really feel sorry for him and frankly gain nothing nor want to see a man behind bars for this

  11. It's hard to convict celebrities.

  12. I'll go with 'Yes.' Just the original reporting and statements made post-shooting should show negligence rather easily. Firearms are not toys, even on movie sets. NO movie or TV set should EVER have live ammo available to personnel nor should staff be using film firearms for 'target shooting.' Just ridiculous, and tragic, disregard for firearms safety.

  13. Didn’t realize having the gun in your hand and witnesses wasn’t enough.

  14. Well, he killed somebody unintentionally. Some safety issues were neglected. Multiple people should be charged, not necessarily prison time for those who are accountable. Alex was set up, and I know it was a movie shooting. This shows how dangerous gun is in any form.

  15. I've bee around guns all my life, well since about 10. Hollywood needs to get rid of real guns, period. I would never point a .45 at someone, even if I checked the chamber. Larger problem, I know, but the sets look cheap, why not the guns.?

  16. This is karma. Baldwin is a poop head. Look at how he treats people. Haha

  17. They wouldn't have charged him if not. He pulled the trigger. She's dead. STFU and take a plea.

  18. An actor is given a prop gun and it was actually a real gun and kills someone during filming = ACCIDENT.
Liberal bugbear and self-important windbag Alec Baldwin is given a prop gun and it was actually a real gun and kills someone during filming = MURDER.

  19. there ARE PEOPLE ABOVE THE LAW…….. so start out w/FOLLY ……… i am NOT listening LOL ooops

  20. Wasnt this an accident?

  21. More money, time, effort and resources wasted when they could be used for more valuable endeavors, like trying to end homelessness.

  22. There are two Justice systems in America for black African Americans and the people of color and the other one for White man rich White men millionaires from the Hollywood movie industry and television and they're million-dollar attorneys and their supporters the White racist Network television media of America

  23. ITS LITERALLY ON CAMERA 📷 HE MURDERED HER CASE CLOSED

  24. This guy's talking about Alec Baldwin, right? The guy who pulled the trigger when the trigger was never supposed to be pulled?

  25. Girls gone wild with live ammunition on a movie set – end of story.

  26. No your not putting me in a dress I’m not playing with you in anyway shape or form no!

  27. F**k you. If it was a non famous, non wealthy person, they would be prosecuted for this.
Hey, don’t give firearms to children. Proper handling procedures #1 assume every firearm is loaded. This makes the recipient of the firearm responsible. It’s not the end of the world for him. He’s worried how much it will cost him in cold hard cash.

  28. HG Tudor's channel has a great series of videos about Alec Baldwin. Well worth checking out!

  29. If it was one of us, the prosecutor would have enough evidence

  30. 0:10 really? I think you need to get on the REALITY TRAIN choooo choooo I got a LIST that is ABOVE THE LAW!!!!

  31. YES THEY DO

We are coming for ya.. Eagles should be a little worried.. GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!💙

  32. What's the point?he won't go to jail and he'll whether it where the armorers life will be destroyed. It's something I guess.hopefully he'll pay thru the nose in the lawsuit.

  33. There was complete negligence, a shoestring budget movie, an inexperienced armorer and Alec Baldwin was a producer on the movie. Baldwin will have the best attorneys and most likely be exonerated. Justice is for sale in America.

  34. Alec is quilty lady was ready to expose the pedo in Hollywood

  35. Multi-millionaire rich white man with million-dollar lawyers does go to jail know different lawyers apply to Black African-Americans and people of color that to reach millionaire lawyers and Lilian are actors from Hollywood movie industry and television

  36. this was a good segment. and i agree with Danny Cevallos. It's going to be hard to find Alec guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. the real questions is who put those live rounds in that prop gun? Just seems strange that prosecution isn't bothered by trying to figure that out.

  37. It's downright disgusting that the female prosecutor is going after an easy target (the man) instead of the female who was in charge of gun safety on the set. Now, I suppose all male actors have to be gun-safety experts before they can handle a gun on the set. Likewise, men will have to be certified mechanics so they can check the brakes before they drive a car on a movie set. This is sexism at its worst. Why not get a law passed that only prop guns are allowed? Add the sound effects later.

  38. Hey look it’s NBC. The very same company that Alec Baldwin has worked for on 30 Rock and SNL. Just look at them defend this guy in spite of the obvious negligence on his part. Just look at them try to persuade their viewers by arrogantly mocking the prosecutors doing their job appropriately and trying to make Alec look like an innocent victim here even though they know full well that in almost any similar situation across the country this is exactly what is to be expected in such a case. Even though this sell out puppet attorney paid by NBC to promote their nonsense knows the law and consequences of such actions on Alec’s part. Just look at their hypocrisy as once again they defend one of their own refusing to take responsibility for his own actions and lies (I didn’t pull the trigger he said) and knowing full well that if the same exact scenario were playing out against Trump or a republican they’d be pushing a different narrative and not be so quick and passionate about defending them.

  39. Awesome Video. I've been quite unsure about investing in this current market and at the same time I feel it's the best time to get started on the market. i was at a seminar and the host spoke about making over $972,000 within 3 Months with a capital of $200,000. i need to know how to go about it.
