There are a few differences between these classified document cases of Trump and Biden:
Trump was president right before the classified documents were moved, and presidents have the authority to declassify any classified documents using a non-specific process; Biden was vice-president right before his batch of classified documents were moved, but vice-presidents have no declassification power.
Trump's classified documents followed Trump from the White House immediately to Mar-a-Lago; Biden's documents were in an unknown location from 2017 to 2018 when the Penn Biden Center didn't even exist and were presumably held at the non-secure Penn Biden Center from 2018 to November 2022.
Trump's classified documents were moved immediately from the White House to Mar-a-Lago, a location that is guarded by the Secret Service 24 hours a day; another batch of Biden's classified documents were presumably moved from the White House to the Biden garage in 2017 (though we don't know that for sure) with there being some question as to who, either Hunter Biden or Joe Biden, owned that house and garage during the intervening timespan from Jan. 2017 to December 2022 with far less Secret Service presence at that residence than the residence of a former president (Mar-a-Lago).

Biden's illegal action is worse. Trump told the FBI after raiding his home where Classified and Top Secret Documents are at. The FBI said nothing about the archives to Trump, supposedly. All documents were in one place which was inside his home in his office area. They are working on prosecuting Trump.
Yet, Biden had many Documents both Classified and Top Secret documents not in one place but yet another place – his garage out in open for Hunter to thumb through. Bidens case is Much Worse. Trump had the documents locked up in his house. Biden had the documents in boxes! In the garage. What!! This President is irresponsible and not fit to be in office to this Presidential Administration to America and We The People. Along with Bidens other dealings of unlawful practice. I am not agreeing with Trump's unfolding the attack on the Capital. I do believe that the raid by the FBI was uncalled for and unlawful I believe. Biden is a liar and will say just about anything to deceive people. He is a crook of the tax dollars he took for self from We The People. We The People pledge to the House of Representatives to impeach the President of the U.S. of illegal actions and Hunter Bidens unlawful actions. We The People, meaning many millions around this country would agree to this. The weapnization of the government are creating or have been double standardizing all things politically, financially, constitutionally, and so much more under the veil of the Democratic party. They have been attacking Trump for many years and were just for the right moment to target the President for something. Triggering Trump's behavior pushing him over the edge by their wretched evil.
