Donald Trump was POTUS, who had authority to declassify documents. "The only person who did."
But, Joe Biden was not the POTUS, when he and his staff, or whomever, collected these documents and them tucked them away in Joe's home, his garage, and other places that may have public access and are not secure.
This was the very case, even when Joe Biden was denouncing Trump, basically calling him a criminal and a traitor, for having "declassified documents" and the FBI was raiding his home in Florida.
How much of this is China connected to? How much information did they gather from Joe Biden? Obviously, they got 'something,' They put millions into Joe's pockets. It wasn't because they liked him, or wanted to do business in the US.
