It wasn't god. It was luck. Right place,right time. But calling it a miracle (I.e walking on water) does make for a better story
God sent those things to help him.
As a diver I can say that is about as lucky as it gets after drifting under I’ve heard stories of divers ending miles ahead. Glad he’s okay.

It's not God it was the incredible power of humanity and love.
Well first, I'm very happy that they found him and he's alright.
Secondly, this isn't a miracle. It's an unlikely outcome, given the circumstances. Thirdly, if he is a truly experienced diver, he should know of the potential of this happening and had some type of diver's beacon with him. What he did seems reckless.
