Reduce unnecessary expenses, increase your savings by investing in financial markets and do not sell. One thing I know for sure is that diversifying your income can help insulate you from much of the craziness going on in the world.

ChatGBT can already write apps and code in seconds, flawlessly. When the government people said (in a smarmy voice) "learn to code" to the out of work pipefitters and welders from the canceled Keystone Pipeline, they obviously did not see AI coming. Coding as a career is almost over now. Welding won't be over for at least a decade. Maybe welding on large projects will be AI controlled, but not smaller jobs. All big business needs now are hands-on technologists to keep the machines serviced and even that will eventually go away.
