MUST have been a nightmare for them!!!! they should fire everyone involved in convicting this innocent man!!!
23 years? yall took away his whole life. what does he have left at this age. just to restarted he would have to learn too much. 5mil is the least they owe him.
Sadly this happens to alot of people in this country, I only hope he can enjoy the rest of his life with his loved ones, and hopefully he sues the ish out of those mfers for taking away 23 years of his life

I served on a jury once. I couldn't believe how ignorant the other jurors were. After several days we gave up with a hung jury.

What a total travesty of justice. CODIS database along with GEDmatch and Family Tree DNA should have been obvious investigative steps.

Who did it then? Cross check than DNA in the databases. Why hasn't it been done already?
If even 1 innocent has their rights trodden upon, we are all damned. Prosecutors that wrongly convict should be made to forfeit any 401k to the people they helped wrongly convict. Its all about how many successful prosecutions they have a year regardless of innocence or guilt…
