The problem are not the officers but the supervisors or the HR who choose those ppl to be an officer. What training and education did they receive during their vocational training? For me it seems the responsible persons just take on candidates with low emotional intelligence and apperent sociopath. I cant understand that there are 4 adults, which are much stronger, which have guns and cant stop beating a person who is lying on the ground.

I saw the other body cam video and it didn't look that bad…I mean yeah he shouldn't have run and yes he didn't listen BUT after seeing this sky cam I have to say this was ridiculously excessive..I mean so many cops, one guy …I cant see why he wasnt able to be cuffed in this video in the beginning and that was it.
