🤔 why isn't there a federal database of people who were cops in a jurisdiction then got fired, and decided to move to try law enforcement again in another place. If a lawyer, doctor, ect screws up badly enough they can never do those jobs again professionally. Shouldn't that rule apply to police as well.

At this point, the "vast majority" of law enforcement are just as guilty because of their silence and choosing to not take action. "Guilt by association" just like the rest of us are subject to. It's long past time to clean house from the top down.

Law enforcement training courses need to change, and psychology training and higher educational skills should be required by law , we need new millennium minds that understand that human beings are human and the color of their skin and where they live, should not decide how to enforce the law to certain people stop the stereotypes
