Oregon police appear to be zeroing their manhunt in on 36-year-old Benjamin Foster who is wanted for attempted murder, kidnapping, and assault. Officials released a picture on Facebook claiming it shows Foster walking a small dog in the Grants Pass area. NBC’s Steve Patterson has the latest.

Why did the reporter refer to that military vehicles as police vehicles? Idk but I hope the monster in this terrifying story is brought to justice at the hands of the men & women at work using resources like that in order to keep us and our nation’s communities safe. I hope the woman heals entirely inside and out.
The fact that police forces have adopted certain military equipment and such is a shock to me because those are tools for professionals, reflecting the needs of those using them at work.
I don’t want the country to be dangerous the violence needs to stop now. And if law enforcement requires such tools the civ populi needs to adopt new tools and practices too. We need to be more caring and mindful of others lives, build a real, tangible COMMUNITY. We need to be actively engaged in more than just our lives & pursuits. Our individual pursuits are more achievable in a nation where there is real trust & integrity & in turn less people will become profoundly unwell economically and psychologically. We can address the root causes of crime and violence by speaking everywhere in hopes of agreeing we all benefit if we know we can depend upon one another to protect one another. And turn to more effective solutions & resources to promote the cultivation of inner toolkits to equip individuals with what they need to create self and mind and life that will allow true contentment and peace. Not just serving self and having fleeting emotional experiences of consumer happiness. Build and teach real pillars of value
