This is what happens when you constantly mainstream kids who shouldn’t be mainstreamed. The adminstrators end up hearing son may complaints they just ignore them and then stupid, preventable things like this happen. Those parents need held accountable as well, if that gun were actually secured that 6 year old with multiple disabilities wouldn’t have gotten it in the first place

School districts are letting kids get away with bad behavior and these are the repercussions. Students are allowed to be violent, cuss out administrators, and misbehave without any consequences. Schools need to go back to no tolerance on violence!
I have scoured the internet trying to find out the race of our little thug shooter. My hypothesis leads me to believe he was most likely Black. Of course race really doesn't matter I know, but how the media covers it does. For examply, I believe that if the shooter was a little, White blonde boy whose parents were gun advocates, we would have the National (Fake News) media tracking them down and we would have certainly, by now seen photos of the parents. I don't doubt that a media circus would be set up in front of their residence in the event that the parents would be charged. However, we do not see this. In fact, if you query this incident on various search engines you will see the initial story and little to no follow-up. That leads me to believe that the Fake News media has invoked its "non-demonization of a minority" policy. And as such, this story will be quietly swept under the media rug.
This is an issue that I had to deal with going through school. I had to learn to not speak up because my concerns weren’t important enough to take action against. I got just as much attention as that teacher did to solve the problems I ran into and more times than not nothing happened.
That’s why I am overjoyed to hear that something is finally being done to address a problem I had to deal with as a student. Remember the teacher wasn’t the only one in the classroom, think about what the students had to deal with.
Parents should be charged & sued point, blank & period!!! I have NEVER in my life heard of a judge making a court order saying at least one parent HAD TO BE PRESENT IN SCHOOL with a kid means he really had some serious ass issues & also means he knew a parent was not going with him to school that day to decide to take the gun to school. I wouldn’t put it past the parents if they told him “ You going to school by yourself tomorrow.” Smh so sad.
I think I will give that child to the state. I wouldn't let that child come back in my house.

I was being bullied in 9th grade in automotive shop and I told the kid that I was going to bring my gun in the next day and kill him….I got expelled from the school and arrested for threatening. That's how's they handled it. The proper way.

Two major failures, the boy’s parents (specifically the dad, doubt its mom’s gun) and the superintendent.
