China is smart and would have been prepared for signal jammers and implemented methods to ensure China received all Intel immediately in case of any failures and potential provocation they would not have risked it being able to be fruitless

There are balloons all the time. Too little too late. They need radar specifically targeting balloons in the lower atmosphere. They are here!! They are being launched domestically, not just drifting from overseas!!
