I think police should have it for themselves for accidentally overdose due to having to deal with drug users and dealer on arrest scenes, and for the police dogs. I'm not sticking a needle in anyone.

So lets see if you are a decent citizen and need a Rx'd drug you have to jump thru hoops.. BUT if you are a drugie – people will bend over backwards to get you your drugs(vancouver) and cater to your every whim. Ya, thats logical.

It might be so bad if everyone else in the country was like Trump. They would establish for you at birth whether you r skin allowed you to live. Borders would be manned by machine guns, As a matter of fact border security would account for the largest amount of the national budget. Smoking would be allowed in church, and attendance would not be allowed in synagogues. Everyone would carry AR15s. Quarrels and fights would end up being settled with guns. So much so that Murder would be considered a misdemeanor. Of course the rest of the world would hate our guts, and, to get even with them, we would put rat poop in the grain we send them. We would not be concerned about elections. Most winners would have been the best shots.
Convenience store availability would be helpful. There are many drug dealers near them and if there’s an accident it would help
Maybe we should make drugs a safe practice. Decriminalize it, making it “less of a thrill” to break the law. Then nurture them back.
Just wait, people will be over dosing on this over dose drug.
That might save some but will not solve the problem.
