Gosh, I'm certain this spike hasn't been a part of a larger growing trend that occurred right around the time myspace officially tanked and facebook took over. It probably has NOTHING to do with the net native generation of millennials being exposed to a consistent barrage of unrealistic beauty standards centered around vapid, shallow, and idiotic idols like the Kardashians and the any number of reality shows. Coupled with parents who are less active in their kids life and basically have been setting them in front of a screen at every turn, what did you honestly think was going to happen?

Let's guess why. Parents let girls act and talk like grown women on social media. TikTok and Instagram are dominated by content wildly inappropriate for children that is too often created by children. Children are not just allowed to be adult too soon but have been prompted to explore their adulthood. But they are not growing with any sense of personal responsibility or obligation to self…the first thing that separates children from adults. Parents are absolutely the cause of this. And blaming it on bullying is a typical excuse. They have allowed children to have a personal life that has neither connection to community or reality. A world created by the anonymous who pass judgement upon and influence the child's direction supported by up votes.
Of course kids are miserable…to them, every adult in their lives has said they won't fight for them.

It's so bad that I've begun dedicating a lot of my channel productions now towards suicide, and guess what I found out first and most importantly? Senior men lead the highest rates of suicide, while teens and younger folks are among the least. Funny how you all, including the CDC, always neglect to mention anything about senior men who are affected. Are seniors not worth saving or reporting on their mental health and suicides then? Wow.
