Families of victims of the Buffalo grocery store mass shooting delivered impact statements in court before the gunman charged with killing 10 people was sentenced to life in prison. Payton Gendron had pleaded guilty to 10 first-degree murder counts among other state charges.

As long as there is a second amendment that was written when savages were at the frontier, women couldn't vote or own property and slaves were counted as 3/5ths of a human, and is backed by a compromised Supreme Court you will not be able to make any meaningful changes to gun laws. If you are really sincere about changing the present situation, the Constitution of the United States allows for the means of changing the second amendment and make it relevant in modern times, or eliminate it entirely, or make a new amendment. It should be relative to accurately reflect the times and danger we are now living in. We no longer have militias that require you to provide your own weapon and ammunition and be a white male. It will not be easy, but I feel that there are sufficient numbers who are fed up with the present situation, and more becoming available on a daily basis to make it possible

The people the loss any family by guns vilence should get together and. Take guns makers to court the same way sigarres companies had to pay for people with cancer for the smoking signatures. This is the only way we can see any changes for those companies. Politicians do not care spacial Republicans.

Black folks need to stop thinking these people with hate will change. They don't have a heart. They did not change during slavery nor during Jim Crow and Emmitt Tills death 1955. Did not change when 4 little girls were killed by a bomb in a AL church 1963. Nor when 9 elders were shot in a SC church in 2015. I hope the prisoners butt duck him every single day of his life and break his mind as it becomes a routine and he loses his sanity. I would pay the prisoners just for that to happen. I would even make their sentences shorter if they did that to that boy.
