Emotionally prepare yourself for a hung jury. There’s no way he’s gonna be found guilty. The jury is comprised of citizens of the Low (IQ) Country region of South Carolina, literally the 10th dumbest state in the nation (scientifically validated). 12 well-meaning but small-minded jurors couldn’t agree on the best way to cook an egg, much less arrive at a single conclusion on a multi-factored circumstantial case. That’s why Alex didn’t hesitate to do this in the first place. He KNEW there was no way a Low Country jury would be able to mentally process all the circumstantial evidence into a single conclusion. The only hope for a guilty verdict is if there’s at least 1 moderately sophisticated “northerner” on the jury who can use a set of crayons and a lot of simple words and concepts to teach the 11 southern jurors how to think critically for a couple days.

Alex lies all the time! If you think that he turned his son's body and checked both of his families pulse etc. Alex would be covered in blood! His knees would be soaked in blood as his feet and his hands etc. I believe the prosecutor's with the facts! I think he had to get hyped and called the police! Rather than some country folk eating their Popeyes fried chicken? And the coroner can't pronounce Rigor Mortis & the tried and true by putting your hand underneath a corpse underneath their armpit? The country folks way? To determine the exact time of death? Cause you have to wing it? I much rather this prosecutor's facts rather the Beverly Hillbillies way in not putting Alex's hands to be tested for gun powder or go through the house the next day while putting on gloves & picking out material proof but laying all the sacred DNA to be put into the dirt! As must be the case, a conviction must stand or crumble on its own and while many may believe and or feel and and all associated crimes renders Murdaugh an absolutely drug addicted thief, I hope these jurors look at the direct evidence in this case.
My truth is that this case feels unsettling and the separate cases introduced make this case salacious but as a juror but pieces of this puzzle reliany on circumstant and opportunity cannot and does not inclulude physical evidence or motive and as the result, I'll never convict one because I'd have to convict all. If we start at innocent (and the law requires we do), I cannot find enough that gets me beyond reasonable doubt. Truth is we don't get to interject our feelings to convict many when perhaps many were wrongfully convicted.

This is exactly what I've said … this man may have been at the kennels but lied out of panic. However, that doesn't make him guilty. There's nothing beyond that. He was a thief but there's nothing between being a thief and loving his family that brings forth a motive.

When Alex called 911, he would have definitely taken more than 20 seconds to call police because when Alex found them according to interview, he said that he saw Alex first turned him over took his pulse saw his phone popped out, picked it up put it on top of him. Then he went to Maggie and took her pulse. Then after he did that he called 911. He would have been in shock. It would definitely take more than 20 seconds!

I not a professional but I think the guns were in the atv ,the water was on already, Alex kills them and then washed off the blood. He hangs up the hose picks up Paul's phone and then puts it down, and then grabs Maggie's phone and the guns and runs to the house puts his clothes in a bag outside in his car and then puts the t-shirt and shorts on. He hid everything at his mom's, because he was not taken into custody he had plenty of time to get the stuff and give it to his drug dealer.

⭐️The hospital would've given the appropriate amount of opiods for his system according to his vitals. If he were an addict for 20yrs spending $45k per month on opiates, he would've needed a very very high dose of opiates, synthetic or not for pain relief. They should request this info.
