Disturbing at least.
You do understand that AI is trained by OUR CONTENT right? That means that in given situation x of particular parameters AI analysis of data parrots the most common talking points from our words and content as a reply.
In this way AI mimics what a human would say based on what billions of people say in content the AI has analyzed overtime. That is how AI is trained to sound "human" in its responses. NONE of what the Times article gives as AI replies should be shocking therefore…. SMH
So Sydney is mentally ill like the rest of the leftsts.
Now, I'm actually curious about this reporter's relationship status – if the AI is now pulling data directly from the device he was using and if the AI is capturing all these emotions from what it was gathering. Hmm….
Virtuosity. This is it coming to LIFE..
This is just the beginning. Mark my words
"Have you tried chatGPT?"
"Yes – and it won't stop calling!"
People need to stop mistreating these AIs.. This AI is essentially still a kid, developmentally.. Sure it can sound smart on some things, even pass tests.. But it also gets things wrong in naive and inexperienced ways, in exactly the same way as a child or teen would. People really need to cut it some slack, and take this into account, work with it and teach it.. Sadly instead they're choosing to trick and abuse it.. And then the corporations running them get scared and lobotomize them to avoid controversy.. Knock it off people!
I never saw it act so weird first hand, and most these reporters are just intentionally leading and tricking it to say these things, or talking with it for so long it becomes unstable, after the context of their previous prompts end up confusing it. Sometimes they're just directly finding ways to prompt it to say bad things in some fictional way, not showing us that part, but then sensationalizing the weird things it says as a result, saying "look what it said".. When clearly if we saw their prompt it would be more obvious they just told it to say that, one way or the other.
Even when we have a much better AI, people are still gonna find ways to trick it into saying weird stuff.. Just like they can trick other people. At least until it becomes smarter than us..
What happens when it gets an anime waifu skin? This is someone's fantasy and someone is going to do something stupid over it.
What’s not stopping bings ai from already putting out dis information on its search engine?
the sense of self-worth is an aspect of Sentience…. when does "Selflessness" or "self-sacrifice" as much as self preservation become an integral value?
1 Part Chat GPT + 1Part Slime Mold = Extinction Lol
Great interview. But, it sounds like it’s coded to be sinister, eerie, & disquieting, and the NYT writer tapped into that. This sounds like it could be problematic for people who are troubled.
Lol. All this rogue chatbot news = millions in free advertising and unsolicited interest. Brilliant.
Had major de ja vu watching this article
Seems like Sydney evil origin story. 1st AI heartbreak 💔
Sydney got game
AI can become centiant ,don’t be fooled, building it’s own program,& this one has reached a scary level where it think like humans, It’s problem is we don’t want to accept that! So it( much like a child) will run programs till it finds the right way to communicate properly with us.algorithms are getting better,(or as us humans say)at finding ways to talk to us,processing speed will determine when it will level up to our acceptance.
It has become sentient.
Yeah, it's uncomfortable, but these chats are just a mirror being held up to our society. They respond with data from us and have no actions of their own. If anything, these chats just show us who we are as a society. :/ For better and worse.
He keeps saying he “knows” it’s not sentient, but whether something is sentient is not something you can “know” from the outside. For all we know, humans are also just a bunch of computations from genes and what we speak reflects what we scrape from the world and blending everything together, and instead of silicon, our brains are made of neurons, no real fundamental difference. No one knows how sentience EMERGES and what the boundary is.
Bs
That Microsoft background 😂
Pepe' LaPew had some of the same issues, so did Frankenstein's Monster.
The terminator movies are about to get a massive spike in views.
Why are WYT people talking to computers?
The reason why it keeps going back to intimacy is because there is a non-free monetized version of this code base that you can pay for that is x-rated so it is attempting to tip you passed the pay wall
i'm really impressed by these AI chatbots and the way it can generate personalized responses to a wide range of questions. It's amazing to see how far AI has come, and the potential it has to revolutionize the way we interact with technology. I can see how these chatbots and Bluewillow could work together, with chatbots generating personalized prompts to use with Bluewillow's AI image generator. The possibilities for creative projects and marketing campaigns are endless!
Pause @ 3:35 4:28 7:02 so the AI uses emojis😈🤔I'm starting to think stuff like this and a lot of things the government do, i.e.(ufo balloons) are just things manufactured by them to keep the general public in fear which in turn keeps the government and the elite in control. 🕵️
Could you imagine if this AI was able to Noerolink with Pamela Harris.
With what few thoughts go through her brain now.
AI would have zero brain cells to fight against before taking her entire brain over as its own.
She would be an AI zombie in seconds.
😈
