All these analysts have seen the line of trees but missed the entire forest behind it. Russia was bounded by all those treaties in the last 30 years, thus NOT modernize their 6000 nuke warheads and missiles. But China has been free from that bondage to develop modern nuke delivery missiles. However, China lacks available nuke warheads. Once Russia is out of the START treaty, it can do nuke warhead business with China and N Korea, freely.
Therefore, China and Russia will exchange modern missiles for existing old nuke warheads, each will rebuild the old nuke warheads then mount them on the modern missiles, by 2025, each can achieve 3,000 active new nuke warheads with ready to launch missiles. Putin said Russia will NOT test explode nukes, unless US/NATO do it first. What a nice cover for the real deal. 😉😎
This is just funny, the title makes it seem like Russia is USSR. And that it's beginning to decline. When the truth is Russia was in a bad immediately after the collapse of USSR, and it only started to 'rise' with the coming to power by Vladimir Putin. The poll question is too vague. I don’t support how The President has handled the war and would be part of the 50%. I believe the President has been too slow to provide a proper combined arms platform of weapons systems. We should be “all-in” with helping Ukraine defeat Putin, and run the Russian army out of that country back to the 1991 borders.
