Surveillance video captured the moments when multiple kids broke through fences in a Long Island, New York, neighborhood as they participated in the “Kool-Aid Man” challenge. Authorities say the challenge “might be a prank, but it’s criminal.” WNBC’s Pei-Sze Cheng reports.

Kids were doing this, behind my dumpster at work. I put 50 self tapping screws into the wood & support posts. First kid broke his wrist, second kid broke his ankle. It was hysterical and watched it all night long 🤣

Our challenge was getting good grades so we didn't get punished. These kids go vape at school stay on their phones all day and call this a challenge. I challenge kids to STFU and do good. That's a challenge for them today.
