  1. Murdough is on the stand and his chair is facing right at the jurors. He is a great Cryer!!! He rehearsed all this for sure. Practice practice.

  2. JUSTICE FOR MALLORY BEACH. JUSTICE FOR MALLORY BEACHJUSTICE FOR MALLORY BEACHJUSTICE FOR MALLORY BEACHJUSTICE FOR MALLORY BEACH

  3. You know someone's qualified when they run out of breath saying what all they are certified for.

  4. It sounds like the prosecutor is trying to prove Alex is a thief and screamer but it doesn't prove without a reasonable doubt that he is guilty of these murders. I hope the prosecutor can focus more on evidence that he did it if they want to see a conviction

  5. The minute he admitted to being a drug addict it all made sense. Who among us has nif had to deal with a lying manipulative drug addict? They can not be trusted. They lie without hesitation, they are always scamming. This guys life of non stop drama is the result of his addiction. His family means nothing to him, all that mattered was getting more money for drugs in any way possible.

  6. Isn’t it possible that alex called Maggie from his car, then left his car, went and got her phone turned it off and the screen went from portrait to landscape. Apple doesn’t record who is actually using the phone at any given time, just location and minutes used. It’s odd that her phone was found away from the property, he’s lied about everything, the gun was conveniently missing, he was at the kennel and he didn’t stay at his mothers house for the 45 minutes he said he was.

  7. You can’t tell 100 percent if he had called from his car turned hers off took it somewhere else. The phones don’t record who actually has the phone at all times, just location

  8. Isn’t it possible Alex called from his car, then left his car and took Maggie’s phone turned it off or changed from portrait to landscape.

  9. Clearly GUILTY. What a gross, nasty man.

  10. remember cousin eddie said that the gardener was there the night of the murders did anyone question him maybe Alex left then the gardener came up to maggie and Paul and shot them

  11. This case is baffling..still cant figure out why he would do this…

  12. ' if you let your HEAD GET TO BIG IT WILL BREAK YOUR NECK '

  13. The forensics are rather interesting, especially as to bullets shot. Doesn't mean all the bullets shot and discovered occurred that night. The more I consider this, the more I begin to wonder about multiple shooters under 6 feet. More discovery is needed on the bullying of the family.

  14. Is it any wonder there's a gun problem in the U.S. with guns that just "go missing" or are "stolen out of unlocked vehicles". Yikes.

  15. Mark Ball defence witness put another nail in Alex's prison coffin.

  16. If this dude gets off for murdering his wife & kid
We the People will know with certainty our Judicial system needs a total overhaul nothing less than big bold change or bust

  17. 2:55:05 I'd have to see it to believe 😆 Good job calling him as a witness Defense.

  18. 🤔 I can't make much sense of the defense not only calling but paying pretty well for this evening's final witness.
Maybe I'm missing something but the cell phone expert only did damage to Murdaugh's case. Quite a bit so, if you ask me.
For $300 an hour for his eval or overall work then If I'm not mistaken he mentioned testimonial fees of $600ish hourly to be in court, the prosecution got a pretty good price on an expert called by Alex's council.

Anybody coming up with something I'm missing on how they benefit from this particular testimony?

  19. Why is the jury not allowed to take notes?? Is this a S.Carolina policy? I’m from Florida and jurors here are allowed to take notes..

  20. The prosecutor is switched on. The first defense witness turned into a prosecution witness.

  21. Pushing the side button on an I phone twice will pop up a screen that has an SOS/911 button. This to me seems like she was trying to call for help and trying to get into her phone to call for help. She must have been frantic and terrified. The camera button is on the lock screen so she very well could have been trying with her last breath to get into her phone and get help. Can anyone else imagine the absolute fear and shock she was feeling. The phone changes with the shots fired. I think this shows she fought for help with her last breath. I believe he was carrying her phone while he was calling her. I phones are sensative and any movement can trigger a change of screen. Were his fingerprints on her phone? He could have shut her phone down, tinkered with it….etc. What, no fingerprints on the phone, and found in the wet grass….wiped off and thrown.

  22. The prosecutors are just running through these defense witnesses, if he's not convicted then something stinks to high heaven in south Carolina.

  23. Tall tree short rope

  24. Perfect South Carolina motto for Alex Murdaugh, ‘DUM SPIRO SPERO’, while I breathe, I hope.

  25. I dislike the defense lawyer that questioned the " celebrite witness." Can't stand his caulky aggressive questioning of prosecutions witnesses.

  26. The average age of the defense witnesses appears to be about 120 yrs old.

Griffin just breaking his back carrying that team – he’s surrounded by ineffective counsel and their advanced age notwithstanding, their witnesses just aren’t very strong

  27. The law partners testimony was as damning as the paralegals as to his thievery and manipulative behaviors. I think he said something to the effect that he thought he knew alex…. it's clear he didn't.

  28. That cell phone data man blew this up for prosecution! I’m sorry but i think Alex did not toss that phone. There is someone else involved here. I firmly believe that sorry…… not guilty reasonable doubt
