1st amendment Congress shall make no law abridging the Freedom of speech or of the press.
Therefore the supreme Court and lower Court's cannot charge and criminalize, fine,or allow anyone to sue anyone in the united states of America for anything they say, type, write, print, text, comment, tweet, post, video.
Judges are supposed to rule by the constitution and legal constitutional law, not by their feelings or sympathy.

The Supreme Court should be skeptical. It's a ridiculous argument. It's like holding the post office liable for the content of the mail. "Aiding and abetting" means aiding and abetting. I don't understand the confusion.
