  1. 1st amendment Congress shall make no law abridging the Freedom of speech or of the press.

Therefore the supreme Court and lower Court's cannot charge and criminalize, fine,or allow anyone to sue anyone in the united states of America for anything they say, type, write, print, text, comment, tweet, post, video.

Judges are supposed to rule by the constitution and legal constitutional law, not by their feelings or sympathy.

U.C.C. 1-308 all rights reserved with prejudice, Freedom of speech.

  2. The Supreme Court should be skeptical. It's a ridiculous argument. It's like holding the post office liable for the content of the mail. "Aiding and abetting" means aiding and abetting. I don't understand the confusion.

  3. Jan. 6, the domestic terrorists and Trump? It should be, add that new "fee" to your dying format, Musk. I didn't use those when they were free.

  7. How insulting listening to the supreme court’s opinion siding with big tech’s protection. They promoted attacks and made money off of it

  11. 🤣🤣🤣 Once Elon takes over Twitter and gets rid of the liberal deadweight … legal action is NOW being taken on something that happened FIVE years ago … WTF??? 🤪🤮🤣

  12. Investing in crypto now should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you'll be ecstatic with the decision you made today….

  13. Very predictable for the establishment to go after Twitter after the establishment lost control of Twitter
