  1. If you overserve someone of course you should be held accountable. It's been that way for years in Washington State. I tended bar for over 30 years.

  2. She should have known that many doubles would be a lot .

  3. 8 drinks by 1 p.m… Motley Crue would be like, "Dude, slow down!".

  4. Bartender should go to jail right?

  5. How you take an innocent person's life while drunk and only get 15 years ????eye for an eye in this situation, give him life

  6. What a POS. Don't drink and drive.

  7. It’s really not fair that the guy’s body should have to suffer for decisions made in the head. The head should have to do 30-yrs. hard-time in prison while the body is kept alive in some sort of incubator.

  8. It's against the law in most states to serve a drunk alcohol as a bartender. I used to bartend in several states. I also bounced. One must be very careful with people and alcohol. Alcohol is insidious.

  9. Lets not jump to conclusions. Dude might have been on his way to church or school. He prolly a good boy who dindu nuffin and we just need some mo money fo dem programs. Dude shouldn't have tackled him he couldn't breave

  10. BARTENDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLITY TO CALL A UBER.
IF BARTENDER IS GUILTY= MEANS ALL THE USA BARTENDER ARE GUILTY FOR ALL DUI AND ACCIDENTS BEN HAPPENED..
    RIGHT?

  11. WHY THE BAR IS NOT "GUILTY"?
    NOT THE BARTENDER.

  12. This literally happens every day in America.
    People are somehow acting surprised.

  13. I’m in De and when I got my serving card they told us 1000% times you can be held responsible if something like this happens. We had a limit of how many drinks per hour and some of the higher percentage beers came with an allotment as well.

  14. Hardly a good Samaritan. Buddy would have been caught either way. This looks more like assault to me.

  15. Start locking ppl up whether they are black white spanish etc. enough is enough

Ppl complain ooohhhhh black ppl are mostly in prison well its because

they are 50% of all violent crime 🤦‍♂️

These democrats are ruining lives at this point especially DAs

  16. Serving staff in 🇨🇦 are also culpable for patron's leaving their establishments intoxicated . And can be and are held to account…as they should be .

  17. Thank you Mr. Bystander for tackling that drunkard and not letting him get away. The bartender does need to accept responsibility for her role in this tragedy. My thoughts and prayers for the family of the officer.

  18. EIGHT (8!!!) Vodka Red Bulls?…

    Fcvk.🥴

  19. Vodka Red Bulls be Fie doe

  20. Bartender fail miserably. " Friends don't let friends drives" and that apply to bartenders dont let their clients drive.

  21. Thar made me cry 😢 Thar little boy talking about his graduation and wedding. He will be there buddy I'm so sorry 😞

  22. That bar tender is going to get in trouble too

  23. Bartender should be held responsible foooooor suuuuure

  24. people who hit and run should have additional charge and punishable with breaking both legs

  25. 15 years????! thats it?

  26. Now watch the drunk driver sue him

  27. 15 years ? life in prison

  28. Yeah and then as if I just am anything like this guy for getting charged with dui for not standing outside in the cold and sobering up off my one bong hit before fleeing the burglary I just witnessed in a car id been living out of for six months day or so before someone tried to murder me inside of it

  29. Yeah exactly why I drink at home

  30. But weed is the devil

  31. Bartender should have not let him drive or cut off drink after 3 shots.

  32. Es o es texas un gran hero. Los texanos con buenos. Corazones y amor asus gentes. Be diciones aeste gran ser humano dioz l ede muchas bendiciones y vida. Y salyd. Asi ayudar y liberar

  33. Why blame the bartender when that man was grown and knew better

  34. lol They’re giving the bystander too much credit. He didn’t actually tackle the driver, he tripped, hit his head on the bricks, then the bystander held him down. Still, deserves credit for holding him down.
