The answer has been simple for many years put a price cap on tuition. Doctors pay over a million dollars for education that is just stupid . Stop enrolling for a couple years watch the price go down.

Bidens proposal will have a trickle effect on negativity. A life after college with a lifetime debt just makes things harder. We paid as we went for our children. And worked a 2nd and 3rd job. Pay as you go. Did it in 5 years. Biden creates conflict with this. (Our parents used to say, if you don't have the money, then you better get a job so you can pay for it.) Other than real estate, and the fact that it appreciates, it's a good way to go.
