I think the prosecution has realised Alex Murdaugh is innocent.
After thinking he did it, I now realize he didn’t do it.
Just get to summations.
Regardless of all this talk of his testimony.or his motive The bottom line is he was at the crime scene with maggi & paul & no one else only minutes before both victims phones went on lockdown.
It would be so unlikely that as he went back to his house on the golf cart, he didnt see or hear anything & shooters came out of nowhere ,without a car but with 2 of his weapons knowing exactly where& when paul & maggi would be !why wouldnt they shoot him too? He certainly had many people hating what he did to them? Its a ludicrous.theory that has no validity….jury , if they have an ounce of intelligent analysis skills will see thru his lies & convict him swiftly.
AM lied to hundreds of people but most importantly he lied to the JURY! 🤥👨🏾⚖️

I think that the prosecution did really well to point out his lies and inconsistencies. As far as the title of this video, "The prosecution has lost control" of the Murdaugh cross-examination, I thought it was going to describe that in the beginning of cross-examination, Alex would give like 5 minute answers to all of the questions. It was just too much.
Did he ever ask about why there wasn’t blood on his clothes?
I believe the only way we will hear from cousin Eddie is a dismissal of all charges. Have the state offer him this???

I'm sick of this story. There are double murder trials happening all over this country. Why is this one supposed to be so special? The Murdaugh trial does not deserve national news standing. If I had my choice I'd put the TV news hosts and reporters on trial for pimping this non-story and give Murdaugh capital punishment for being such a crybaby.
Never heard anyone say he's dealing with "extreme paranoia". That's how misinformation gets out there.
The prosecution has dropped the ball on this one. AM is controlling that courtroom. Why the prosecution let him go on and on with his answers. This is all helping Alex. Garenteed hung jury.

My issue is with the lawyer's aggression. AM plays the victim, it's what he's always done and it's his play now. The prosecution is helping with that image by being aggressive. The simple contrast between the two automatically creates sympathy for AM. Just awful lawyering. And he missed so many opportunities. Like a simple one what did you do that night "well, I would have". No sir, not what you WOULD have, we want to know what you DID do? He's just not picking up on anything. He's got his own line of thought and isn't listening for openings.
This boy could talk the burr’s off a steal pipe. Great move by the Prosecution. The man has already contradicted himself on the stand more than once.
Oh, and he lied about being at the kennels. Any jurno defending this or even both siding it is in on it in the viewers mind. Watch the Netflix docuseries.
Alex is not "defending himself." He has 3 attorneys. 🙄
The guy is a very experienced liar and manipulator of people. He was the last person to see his wife and son alive and he was on the property at the time of the murder. He lied to the law enforcement at the very beginning and has changed his story in court. Guilty as charged.

Totally agree the Prosecutors suck – Murdaugh is talking right over the prosecutor to the jury and any good prosecutor would never allow that to happen.

He was also being blackmailed by the guy he hired to shoot him to fake his suicide, in order to win public sympathy after another crime his sons were involved in that he wanted to go away. The Netflix documentary about this family's history since 2013 is fascinating.
