Why?? I have gotten prescriptions over the phone ( not for opiods ) and it is the same as seeing them in person but saves time and a commute. Its the same list of questions whether you see them face to face or not.

When the government provides decent health coverage for all Americans without exception, then they can exert control over aspects of healthcare like how we get our medication. But they are not. Healthcare in the United States sucks and is woefully inadequate. Employers now provide minimal legal coverage plans as a result of the ACA.These plans suck. People who are addicted to opioids fall into it all on their own. The government should instead be providing treatment options for the addicts to get off the medication. Limiting options for Americans to obtain medication is not the way to go. How stupid. This is all about control and not care for the addicts or for ordinary Americans.

Telehealth is lazy medicine. How can the physician tell what’s actually wrong with you if they can’t physically examine you? It’s so bogus. The physician is expected to handout medication so someone based on what the patient is telling them and patients are not reliable and how to physicians know if patients are lying just to get medications? I always go and see someone in the office.
Almost all poor people on state medical only get tell-a-health Psychiatric doctors that prescribe. Because most local psychiatrists will not take government health care. Partially due to rules like they have to have 50% of their client tell be state medical. At least it's that way for Oregon.
So this would dramatically affect poor people and children more than it would people with better insurance. It's sad that they would not want people to be more successful in education. Almost like they want poor people to stay poor and without resources to better themselves in society. Some of the smartest people I know are ADHD. But without their medication they can't function. When we feel better we do better. Many of them do not complete school. Let alone a further education. Many of them have a hard time with their peers. As people are annoyed by their ADHD behavior. They just don't fit in. This is unbelievably sad to me!! If "all government employees" only received the same state medical that poor people do. I don't think this would be happening.
Why have you Federal government didn't Charges the maker of OXYCONTIN for the crimes they ADMITTED to the DOJ. And why did the Federal government protect the Sackler family and let the filed Bankruptcy protection when they knew they were being sue my the victims who received PRESCRIPTIONS from doctors. This is not the same case as people who did buy DRUGS like OXYCONTIN off the streets and other drugs like Fentanyl off the streets. This is unfair to the people who was seeing a license professionl doctors. JOE BIDEN WAS THE VICE PRESIDENT DOING THIS TIME WHEN THESE LAWS WERE BROKEN.
