That's because black folks simply don't get taken seriously and stereotyped on anything Medical not just cancer … And get the lowest quality healthcare possible without making it too obvious … Settlements are always low-ball … It's way to easy for insurance companies to make us look uncooperative with a attitudes and/or fraudsters (on top of the usual delaying tactics they use on most people) rather than actually trying to help fix whatever the issue is and may even spend more money on NOT helping you than it would cost to get you back on track …So, you can discourage other black folks from fighting hard to get what they deserve … And the government ALLOWS it to go on …

This has been studied, known and verified for a long time already! Black men suffer all sorts of higher potentials for all sorts of things, like most-likely to be killed by cops as/when they're shot in the back for almost nothing!
A lot of these studies are interesting
Treating the symptoms and not the disease, if we had universal healthcare and people could actually see doctors when they need it.
