It’s amazing anyone is here claiming he’s innocent! If you don’t believe there’s enough evidence to convict that’s one thing but to say he’s INNOCENT? No way!
I would say he should be ashamed of himself but hes not.

Stomach contents, did they eat together? Hair analysis on him?
He had no profound grief at all during is interview in the cop car. It changes so quickly between "crying" even checked with his fingers to see if there where tears. Have another look. No ones distraught/disbelief, and shock leaves after seeing family blown away! The quick changes are very suspicious!!!

f you found your wife and son dead from a violent murder and you had nothing to do with it you provide the police with every bit of information you know. You don't lie about where you were for the past hour. He's guilty.

We only know Alex's side of the story…I feel what really happened is Maggie & Paul took his pills & he wanted them back. Maggie & Paul were trying to eat a peaceful dinner but Alex kept wanting his drugs until Paul got up from dinner & stormed down to the kennels. Maggie fought with Alex some more & followed behind Paul to talk to him. Alex is now infuriated, desperate for his pills & then follows Maggie down to the kennels but not before he gets his 2 guns to go threaten them for his pills hoping to reason…he is not in his right mind…confronted them after the dog & chicken episode..they were combative with him & he killed them both BUT knew ahead of time if they didnt do what he said about giving him the pills at gun point, he knew he went to far & finished it. I say this because something made them jump up & leave in the middle of their nice family dinner?? Why? And sadly, never got to finish it…they had his pills & he wanted them!!
I believe the money is in off shore bank , he was already liquidating his assets … he knew this was coming out . He hid it
The dogs would have sensed a stranger(s) if they were lurking around that area before the shootings. Those dogs would have been barking & would not have stopped even before Alex said he went back up to the house. He should have heard gun shots AND THE DOGS CONSTANTLY BARKING…THEY WOULD NOT HAVE STOPPED BARKING IF A STRANGER WAS THERE. But Alex said he heard nothing…Alex murdered them.
So what is the motive?
Where are the mints?no one else would have had a problem with Maggie.

Why would AM use a weapon that would not be deadly the first shot?

In the second interview, I wouldn’t have been able to even talk from crying. Maddie was supposed to go with him to see his Mom with him, that is why he insisted for her to come home.
