2. PPP loans, abuser using loans and got FORGIVEN. After a few houses and lamborghinis. Where were the legal challenges? Supreme court? Lower court hello? Where were the harms and outcry from the entire society?
3. Loans for students who actually contribute and brings values into the economy and society. Those living in poverty, actually trying to get out of it. These students actually worked but could not pay off the loan due to college cost going up without student consents. Predatory loans. School that scammed students. Met with Immediate legal challenges by 2 students (whom are not even present in court) and republicans claiming harms? ignoring the 200,000 others who desperately needs the relief.

As per the 5th Amendment the government cannot take private property without just compensation, and when the government uses its police powers to shut down businesses it has assumed ownership of said businesses.
Lazy people looking for a 4-8 year vacation from responsibility by going to college to pursue a wortless vanity degree or going to a vanity university to pursue a worthwhile degree is the fault of the student. Another thing under British common law American case law the students were in an unconscionable situation. With the government and the banks. Unequal bargaining positions. An auto loan is more fair. Or a house loan. People can't feed their kids without a college degree. Also students lack forseeability. Which reduces megligence on their part.

American case law is adopted British common law which has an extreme amount of justice to it which is more intelligent than most Republicans are capable of understanding. I tell you this, I owe on my student loan, I can’t pay it all off and that student loan debt will be there after I die; however, if I got the student loan debt relief, I would owe about $6-8,000. Which is and feels like a light at the end of the tunnel and will inspire me to go ahead and focus on paying what is left. This is doable and it’s likely I will pay that much off within 10 years. Then my student loan will be paid off.
If the Supreme Court screws Americans over again, and we already hate them for overturning Roe v. Wade, I qualify for only paying $20 dollars a month and I will make damn sure the majority of my loan is still there after I die.
