The Supreme Court should determine whether the law allowed what was done. If the law allowed it, then it is legal. Having the Supreme Court determine what is "fair", or be able to strip power from other branches of government, would be the end of USA.

It is not debt relief…no interest or government match of payments would be relief…this is selective give aways. Congress needs to make the decision.
They would be illegally defrauding the taxpayer if they took our tax money and loaned it to people with the expectation of paying it back and then decided not to get our money back. They knew the risk and decided to get a loan to waste on useless college degrees. I say lock up everybody involved with giving our money away for free.
