Why are they surprised? The police departments around the country are overall like this!! These departments are extensions of overseers and slavery. Police Departments need to have a Uniformed Code of Justice that they are unified under like the Military to enforce DISCIPLINE!!

I think this is happening because the good cops are outnumbered by the bad cops so they're scared to say anything that might get them labeled a snitch ironically or an N-word lover. Every single level of "law enforcement" – local, state and federal – in the Louisville KY/Southern Indiana area is corrupt. I am a physician who practices here (internal medicine). I have been repeatedly assaulted in my office by drug seekers when I refuse to prescribe narcotic pain meds to them. When reporting the assault to the police (local), lawyers (state) and D.E.A. (federal) "law enforcement" I was told by all these agencies that the prescribing of narcotics for recreational use is a legally protected activity in this community. There is no hope for this community. As no one here gives a damn.
