Azharuddin century gives India fighting chance | From the Vault



A tough tour but captain Mohammad Azharuddin stood up in the fourth Test of the 1991-1992 series against Australia hitting 106 in the second innings. It wasn’t enough to secure the victory though with Australia dismissing the Indians just 38 runs short of the 372 target.

  3. Wasted so many innings due to loose shots outside off stump and sometimes played across the line…hope he had even more such magical innings

  4. This was a beautiful knock under the most extreme pressure almost led to a miracle win . Azhar is wonderful to watch when in full flight.
