The cartel responsible for kidnapping four Americans in Mexico and killing two of them appears to have apologized, according to a senior law enforcement official. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky has more details on the incident, which officials say likely stemmed from a case of mistaken identity.

I remember once seeing a Black Slave disparage Americans killed on foreign soil. I saw the same attack a surviver who watched her friends lose their lives in brutal chaos.
If you trust innuendo as fact while your empathy burns in satisfied justification, what else is left to consider?
If you are Black and buy weed, you won't get sympathy from some of your American brothers and sisters.
It is a perpetually bizarre experience to witness Oppressors, Slaves, and Supremacist claim Freedom; claim Justice; claim democratic republic virtues; yet feel the need to clock certain American victims of tragedy on foreign soil because they might have stopped on a weed run.
I believe, I remember an accusation about selling drugs for a cartel or something; but, I fail to remember the factual basis for the claim against those victims.
Since everyone is a fan of salacious accusations with no receipts; let's focus on the 2 hours of free time of Free Americans driving for hours, late for an appointment.
I don't know the facts, but long before an accusation would enter my mind an obvious senario is maybe one slot was missed and a later one substituted. Maybe they decided to buy weed in the meantime? I have no clue, but clocking a victim of crime 2 hour period before they are violently attacked with the distinctly gargoyle attempt to blame the victim comes from the hole of a sorry existence.
Finding fault of the American victims of violence when they are Black is apparently easy and encouraged in some places.
If you make a defamatory claim against an American victim of crime perpetrated on foreign soil, you had better have concrete evidence.
If a Government Authority makes a evidenced based claim against American victims of crime on foreign soil, it better be public and official.
If a journalist makes a claim against American victims on foreign soil, presenting with a lack of journalistic integrity towards responsible fact supported reports; the reporting agency is nothing more than the righteous equivalent of whispers and gossip.
Drone strike cartels or there is obvious complicity from the US government with the cartels.

They apologized because they fear the border will be tightened or closed which cuts off their pipeline for drugs and human trafficking.
This situation needs to be handled the same way they did Arturo Leyva outside of Cuernavaca. Gatling gun from a helicopter while Mexican Marines swarm the grounds and get anyone who miraculously survived the helicopter barrage. Insert that apology letter where it belongs. Mexico's president is a cartel mouthpiece and nothing more.
Cartel does not apologize people, nor do they give up their own to American authorities.

They issued an apology because that tells you plain as day that it's open season at the border for all cartels to make money that the government want to happen and has allowed and they do t want to upset US government to change course and disrupt their money.
