Pence is no longer relevant!
Pence is directly responsible for our present situation because he was the one man who could have prevented it. Pence violated the constitution and his oath of office by not enforcing the constitution and process for the presidential election.
If Pence had done his job, we would not have Brandon as president.
Would Mike Pence be guilty of willful negligence under the law because he had full knowledge of what was taking Place beforehand? Was he aware of what was geting ready to take place (remember the call) What is the difference between negligence and willful negligence?
While gross negligence requires a showing that a party was indifferent to the safety of others, willful and wanton negligence requires a showing that the offending party knew or should have known his actions would likely cause injury.

Well the recent events with SVB make it unlikely for the market to make significant gains soon, so it's wise to manage expectations and prepare for a potentially long recovery period. It's recommended to avoid making significant investment decisions until the economic environment stabilizes in areas of concern.
