Gunfire broke out during Miami Beach spring break and Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations killing at least two people. NBC’s Guad Venegas reports on how the city held an emergency meeting to discuss imposing a curfew to help ensure safety.

I got the options, permission to shoot if people crowd your car and damage it with the self defense clause. Mandatory life sentence for shooting in a non-defense situation. Banning alcohol on the beach and preventing bars from selling it nearby in the month of march.
Raising hotel and airbnb check in ages to 25 in Miami. If they want to celebrate spring break, they can take a carnival cruise where there are metal detectors and it requires a actual passport.
Its young people, young idiots. Once the under 25s stop coming, it'll be nothing but peace and calm.
For the local former criminal population, seal criminal records except for jobs that are federal, require handling sensitive data or involve children. its hard to reform someone when no one will hire them when they served they sentence due to a record. Jail is supposed to be rehabilitation.
Lastly, address poverty in South Florida, poverty is directly related to crime and the rising costs in Florida is outpacing every other state in the US and some are resorting to crime to survive.

I feel like this is being blown out of proportion. I've seen this happen on the news in Miami every year. It's not new. Concealed carry should be honored. Just make it a requirement for licensed carriers to have their license with them so that if they have the weapon, they have proof that they passed a background check for that weapon. It will also deter someone who legally has a gun because the registration for the weapon has the person's legal name and address. Makes it easier to find the person. Other than that, you have a parenting issue which started back when I was in college. During my freshman year, we had a sense of community and we respected school property. We didn't jump on cars and break things because we wanted to continue to be able to enjoy them in the future. Starting my junior year of college, I noticed that the incoming freshmen had zero sense of community. They broke so many things that we couldn't enjoy playing pool or renting equipment from the school anymore. The student center and library were 24hrs but in my junior year, they closed at 11pm to deter student theft, underage drinking, and vandalism. The really interesting thing was that students didn't expect the school to charge them for the property they damaged or the things they stole(on camera). Accountability goes a long way. So, start arresting rowdy people in mass for disorderly conduct. Instead of the usual fine, require all of them to complete 100 hours of community service. Those that do no comply can be found in contempt of court and put in jail for it. Once they realize their actions have real consequences, they'll start behaving again. As long as you allow them to get away with this behavior. It will never stop.
