Everyone wants money now and days, they don't want "Justice." The fact of the matter is dude assaulted people while there and force was use on someone weighing 200 + pound, whose fighting back. Those workers did what was right. Sedation was probably something they WERE going to use, once he was under control and not swinging. Commentators don't know how these patients are and assume everyone's a victim when a cop or nurse is involve. Stop being hypocrites and use your brain! 💯
How did the situation get to this point? Why did it require that many staff members to handle one patient?

They do this even at CRC Tucson… UMC South. I am so disappointed I'm the health care system those who are supposed to be helped with mental health gets hurt. Pathetic I pray for a nation wide shake up of mental health services.

I never find it a great thing for anyone going to prison each one standing and looking all that was there I pray each day you live in prison think on how horrible you treated that man!
Such a tragedy! I see professionals trying to do their (difficult) jobs, assisting a likely psychotic patient, very strong and things go sideways tragically. I see perhaps mistakes (not starting CPR immediately), but no malice, no ill will. Nothing meriting 2nd degree MURDER charges. Vigilante Prosecuting attorney in my opinion. Lori
