I have ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, Left Prefrontal Lobe underdeveloped, Learning disabilities, and acoustic learning the hardest way to learn.
Edmonton Public School Board push me through grade 2 Special education, 15 student class room. College grade 4 math and English. He is not the only one. Or just the United States alone.

I came here because I seem to be falsely accused of frequently turning my head to the side during the exam, even when no people are sitting next to me or when NO unauthorized materials are on my desk.
(In 2021, my professor was ordered to discontinue use of Respondus Monitor, but he still uses it to this day. Only a few professors chose not to comply with these orders.)
Hope so although kids already aren't educated teachers unpaid, kids starting fights with staff, school shootings,
99% of deaf/visually impaired students are taught in the regular education classroom under “sensory support”, unless they have a specific learning disability, then they are taught in a special education classroom under “learning support” with “sensory support”. Most deaf students can learn the material just fine, it’s just interacting with teachers and other students and asking questions is the problem, but it depends on degree and type of deafness.
So ridiculous on the school district's part. They waste time with useless Professional development days how about training teachers and aids in sign language? Another option, recruit aids who know sign language from local colleges. There are colleges that offer majors in deaf communication, why not recruit those students? The school district just didn't care as long as they're getting those tax dollars. Maybe now they'll rethink how they treat their students.

Right on, the amount of times I've seen educators just pass along deaf students/hard of hearing as special needs and not teach them much of anything was frustrating.
