Sanderson sounds like a gold digger to me. Gwyneth Paltrow is only asking for $1 personal compensation. She's asking for attorney's fees. Big deal. Seems to me she should've asked for reimbursement for losing the ski day, her massage, her back pain AND attorney's fees. Her attorney sucks in my opinion.
I ski there and have seen a couple of movie stars (not her) and I know I've been in 3 accidents, and we both looked at each other and said, "Sorry are you OK?" Ànd we both go our separate (or same direction) ways. I think person realized who it was and saw an opportunity for a money grab. It makes me wonder if person planned it out.

I'm from Utah ski all the time, I think Gwyneth Paltrow is absolutely guilty because she thought those ski instructors were going to babysit her children. She thought she had a babysitter and thought she'd given as many runs as she could during the day like every other Utah person that has kids they feel privileged

I watched this today live. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the woman lawyer was to GP — calling her a "lier" then saying, "I didn't mean to say she was a lier." Also, the guy suing her doesn't look at all like he has permanent brain damage — he seemed alive and well watching GP testify, drinking his bottled water, smiling, crossing his legs. This is all an attempt to get some money and attention from a celebrity — shame on him, all the lawyers involved, and his doctor friends who are helping him by saying that GP injured him. Smh

Which is what it sounds like when she says she is only asking for a dollar in damages and attorneys fees that aren't for her they go to the attorneys; but then says "reimbursement of attorney's fees". Reimbursement implies it's money going to Gwyneth…😑
