The worst churches are recovery ministries same characters just clean and sober, a lot of really seedy criminals hide out in those types of churches and prey on women and children, it is sad but if you dont tell the truth to your church, not just hustle them for money…the issues just fester. RIP to this poor lady, the church is to blame

This is so sad. We need to protect people from domestic violence/abusive relationships.
I was raised in a traditional Christian environment. And my parents supported the church and my and my siblings Christian parochial education. (that means a school RUN BY the church) But . . . looking back over 60 years . . . all was not as it seemed. I almost always felt there was something brewing under the surface. Something i could never quite put my finger on. And also at home there was often turmoil. Does it surprise me that bible believing Christians can be involved in this kind of tragedy ?????????????????? Almost not at all. Christians teach there is evil (also called sin) . . . potentially in everyone. No matter how religious.
When someone leaves an abusive relationship they should go to the police before the break up and receive an automatic restraining order. Then an officer should be present during the break up.
If god existed, he wouldn't let horrible things happen in a place like this. If you say, "everything happens for a reason" what reason did she have to die studying her religion? And to be killed by someone she trusts. Religion controls the blind and weak.

Never let them know that you are leaving them, you need to make certain moves in order to get away safely, hopefully you will have that time and help to do so…God be with the women and men that are being abused, pray for them.
Yep, its a statistic. We've known for a long time that women and children face the most danger when they leave the abusive relationship. Yet it keeps happening. Wouldn't want to protect the women by arresting their abusers. Wouldn't want to infringe on the abuser's rights or anything. Call us when he's actually killed you. Same old crap. Now she's a statistic too

Look how many beautiful government and media women I lost and I’m still keeping my chin up.
