The issue surrounding money paid to Daniel's is twofold: did it come from Trump and was it paid to help his election chances? If it came from Trump, which account did it come from? Was it from funds he was using to run his election? If so, was it reported to the FEC? If not then he broke the law. If it was influence peddling with election funds… he broke election law.
