I hope they have a system to make sure that it's only locals who are receiving donated items. I live in Mayfield, KY. Locals could barely get anything because, every single day, every Mexican that could travel to Mayfield came and hoarded as much as they could load their vehicles with. Locals could barely get through donations lines because of all the Mexicans, few of whom even spoke English. They were carting off donated food, clothes, coats, shoes, homemade quilts, bedding, furniture, etc. After several months of that, they FINALLY started requiring proof of residency.
the hard work will pay off
How is it they can try to build for Earthquake damage. Can they not build for Tornado damage of some kind ??
