Tell the kids that the reason there are so many of them getting slaughtered is because the NRA makes a fortune every time a school shooting takes place. The gun manufactures get to sell more guns with every school that gets attacked with an AR-15. And the republican politicians get more campaign cash with every school shooting. Tell the kids the truth.
NOTHING WILL CHANGE until it affects THEIR children!
I understand this idea is disturbing and unpopular. But I cannot think of another way to reach the rule makers. I think the children and grandchildren of Congress-men and women and governors should be forced to view the crime scene and autopsy photos of all school shootings. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN AS LONG AS IT IS OTHER PEOPLE’S CHILDREN BEING TRAUMATIZED.
Congressmen are unwilling to protect your kid or my kid from being torn apart by bullets. Maybe, JUST maybe, they will act to protect their own from looking at it.
