Rebuild your community with monolithic concrete domes for homes and businesses. These structures can withstand 400 MPH winds. You can prevent loss of life and not have to worry about rebuilding come next tornado. It just don't make sense to rebuild with structures that will only be destroyed come next tornado. Concrete domes should be the standard for anyone living in tornado ally. It's cheaper and quicker than these fragile structures that were destroyed. Please do some research.
