Delusional disorder, previously called paranoid disorder, is a type of serious mental illness called a psychotic disorder. People who have it can't tell what's real from what is imagined. Delusions are the main symptom of delusional disorder. They're unshakable beliefs in something that isn't true or based on reality.
A man that believes he's a woman and believes that people are out to get them. Clinical case if I ever saw one. These people need to be institutionalized before they act out their paranoid fantasies of persecution.

Maybe they need to recognize the fact that a man that believes he's a woman is a mental health issue, and that unstable, delusional people shouldn't be roaming the streets, it would prevent senseless violence.
The fact that people blame an inanimate object shows their stupidity and ignorance. That's like saying a car ran the red light and killed someone. Stuff like this will continue to happen because politically correct morons don't address the real issue. Woke people with mental issues.

Hear and understand,
When the last remnants of a freezing winter melt away, a time of great fear arises in those who are use to the darkness.
This is true of anyone of any age. This is why the children have become violent.
Forgive them, and all who have done criminal things, they don’t know what they are doing.
To those who raise the young, you may not agree with all their decisions, because you can’t lead them to a path that will hurt them; and at times this is enough for them to do murderous things.
However,
How many who were young and became old, can recall a time they almost gave up on their life, and any idea of light, only to have the love of someone else bring them out the darkness.
So when you disagree with them, let them know why things like practicing LBGTQ practices are poisonous, while accepting they may not change their mind. Then you offer them light. They may still become murderous, but you give them their best chance, to find the light again.
Don’t despair from their actions.
The life of those who loose their breath are only sleeping. They will wake again, but there are many lost in despair, who may never wake up because of the darkness of these times.
But this is hope that will not fail; when giving those who have done the worst of evils compassion, it allows them to find the compassion many have forgotten the value of, or have never known before.
