Surely after Ex-President Trump appearing in court and being officially arrested too, on no less than 34 Felony Counts or Criminal Charges, even though following Trump not guilty plea in court to falsifying business records etc.
Either the New York Judge and Court, or the New York DA Office and the New York Police and US Marshall Service, or someone in the US Law Enforcement and Justice Authorities.
Asked for Ex-President Trump Passport to be handed over to the Court or US Authorities, plus placed some kind of Travel Restrictions on Trump just travelling anywhere he feel like it on his own personal aircraft etc?
As it seems straight after leaving the New York Court, Donald Trump was then just allowed to get onboard his personal Boeing 757 Corporate Business Luxury long range jet, to departs LaGuardia airport in New York.
To Fly out of New York City, let alone fly out of New York State, all the way to Trumps Mar-a-Lago (Palm Beach) luxury coastal home in the State of Florida, some 1,224 miles distance and 5 hours 30 minutes flying time plus US States away too.
Also very close to Caribbean Countries, some of which the US Justice Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies, DO NOT have Extradition Agreements with too.
There are a number of countries around the world that do not have extradition treaties with the United States, see below. This means that if someone is wanted by the US authorities for a crime, they cannot be sent back to the US to stand trial.
One of these is the likes of with Cuba, which is only 287 miles (or 461 kilometres and/or 249 nautical miles) away from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago (Palm Beach) luxury coastal home on the Florida Coastline just over one hour flying time away from Palm Beach Airport for the likes of Trump’s personal Boeing 757 Corporate jet.
Also currently the United States has NO extradition treaty with a long list of Countries, if Trump wanted to escape too, he could easily by using his own Boeing 757 Corporate Jet too, which the US Authorities seem to be allowing him free use of too?
Along with after 911 International Terrorist’s Attacks, by hijacking of three or four US commercial airlines, all within the United States on domestic flights between US Cities. Then these US Airliners plus passengers and crew onboard, all being flown into US building’s, the likes of the New York World Trade Centre two Towers and the US DoD Pentagon building too.
Anyone flying even domestically within the United States, has to have a Passport to board any Commercial or Private aircraft, even to fly within one State, let alone between different States in America too.
So if Trump has been made to hand in his Passport, as part of conditions of Court Bail as it were from the New York Court, Judge or DA Office, because Trump or his lawyers must have had to Post financial Bail agreement with the Court, because of all these34 Felony Counts or Criminal Charges?
How is Trump then being allowed to fly within the USA, by the US Aviation Authorities, or by United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), who is the largest federal law enforcement agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security too?
Can someone answer this?
Or state that Ex-President Trump has been allowed to keep his Passport, Yes or NO?
Also NO conditions of Court Bail were or were not set by the New York Court, Judge or DA Office, when Trump is facing all these34 Felony Counts or Criminal Charges?
Anyone else, would have been required or their lawyers would have been required, to Post a financial Bail agreement with the Court, because of so many Felony Counts or Criminal Charges?
Along with New York Court, Judge or DA Office, would be asking or calling for set number conditions with regards and Court Bail agreement being awarded or given too?
Or the DA Office asking for the criminal in question (Trump), be had in custody in a US Prison until their case comes before the court for hearing too!
Which raises a few more questions is the New York Court, Judge or DA Office, because it is Ex-President Trump, treating him totally different, to how the US Justice System would treat others charged Felony crimes, Yes or No?
Also would not the New York Court, Judge or DA Office, of asking or calling for as part of set number conditions with regards and Court Bail agreement being awarded or given to Ex-President Trump as well.
Have told Ex-President Trump or his Lawyers, they must NOT hold any Press Conferences and/or make Political Speeches, or hold any Political Public Events, or give publicly interviews to the News Media too.
With regards these Felony Crimes Trump has been charged with, also will have to appear in a New York Court in the future to undergo trail over, as talking about their case public could be prejudice to any future Trail Case taking place?
As well affecting any evidence or testimony given in Court later too, or cause unfair influence on any future Jury members, who see news media coverage or read about the Trump case, thereby causing Jury members to form basis one way or another too?
Can Trump openly talk about his criminal case and charges publicly, at either public political events, or while making political speeches especially with his own campaigne to be re-elected as the US next President, Yes or No?
Or can Trump actually give in press conferences and interviews to the news media, or go on social media too, talking about his criminal charges and court case and trail too, Yes or No?
Or is this going to get Trump in more legal trouble, with the New York Courts, the Judge and the New York DA Office, sooner or later plus with Trump then facing more charges too?
