An explosion at a Russian cafe killed a prominent pro-Kremlin military blogger just as Russian prosecutors arrested a woman they claim is responsible for bringing an explosive figurine to where the blogger was making an appearance. NBC’s Josh Lederman has the details as more questions remain on why the explosion took place.
