Police announced an arrest in the investigation into the murder of 25-year-old Julio Ramirez, who was drugged and killed last spring after visiting a gay bar in New York City. His family says his bank account was drained of nearly $20,000. Jacob Barroso was charged in the case. NBC News’ Dana Griffin reports.
